Villa Mariana is a private villa set on 13,500msq meters of land.  Containing 5 bedrooms all with their own private shower rooms with the maximum sleeping capacity for 14 people.

There are 3 separate seating areas within the villa and 2 separate fully fitted kitchens.

There is a pool room to entertain the kids that leads onto a walled court yard containing seating and BBQ.

The swimming pool area is spectacular with a 18m by 6m pool and small children's pool and views of the Sierra Cabrera mountain range in the back ground.  There are too many individual outdoor areas to mention set within the gardens including a full size tennis court for the more energetic.

This is the perfect location for a large family holiday with ample of room for everyone to relax and enjoy, yet only 10 minute drive from the resort of Mojacar.

The villa has Wi-Fi connection.

Bedroom 1 with king sized double bed and en-suite shower room (air conditioning & ceiling fan) plus small private lounge area with fridge. 

Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en-suite shower room (air conditioned & ceiling fans)

Bedroom 3 with king size double bed and en-suite shower room (air conditioned & ceiling fans)

Bedroom 4 with super king size double bed and en-suite shower room (air conditioned & ceiling fans)

Bedroom 5 with double bed + additional single bed stored below double bed and adjacent shower room (air conditioned & ceiling fans)

Kitchen 1:

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Dining table with 6 chairs + single Z-Bed stored in larger cupboard.

Kitchen 2:

Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, washing machine.

Living/dining room:

Open plan, flat screen tv with 42" satellite TV (free channels), DVD player, air conditioning, 1bed settee and 1 armchair, dining area with seating for 6 people. (Air conditioning & ceiling fans).

Living room 2: (off of Bedroom 1)

32" TV with satellite (free channels), DVD player, ceiling fan, sofas and fridge.

Living room 3:

Located in the sun-lounge linking bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 containing 'L' shaped sofa, 2 other sofas, 2 armchairs, dining tables each with 4 chairs, bar area and CD player/Hi-Fi.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service

Towels and linen included. The property will be cleaned on arrival and departure. Additional cleans and linen changes are available at an additional cost.

The accommodation is on one level, there is a step at all external doorways.

Outside
The property has a large 18m x 6m pool, small kid’s pool, extensive private sun terrace with sun loungers and a gazebo with a shaded dining table.  There is a large gas barbeque around the pool and charcoal BBQ in the court yard.  Full size tennis court set within the gardens.

There is also a large sun terrace above the property accessed by exterior stairs with distant views of the sea.
